How do I change my login ID or password?

You can change any of your personal details and manage your user ID and password in Your Account. You can also view your order history and set up multiple delivery addresses using the address book.

I have forgotten my password.

Very simply, click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the login page, we will then send your password to you by email.

Changing your contact details.

These details can be amended by clicking on the 'my account' logo at the top right of our website, and then selecting the option to 'edit contact details'.

Here you can update your name, your contact telephone numbers or your main contact address, via your address book.

Managing your address book.

Firstly you need to log into your account. To do so please click the 'my account' logo at the top left of our homepage and enter your email address and password.

You will then see an option to edit your address book. This area will enable you to remove or edit existing delivery addresses, or to add a new one.
